Customer Service ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, UAEResponsibilities:•Manage inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.•Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.•Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.•Provide information and clarification regarding property details, payment schedules, and handover processes.•Ensure all customer queries are handled in a timely and satisfactory manner.Requirements:•Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive, preferably in real estate, banking, or a high-value service industry.•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and high emotional intelligence.•Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
