Sales Order Management: Efficiently manage the sales order flow in SAP, including projects, spare parts, and field service.
Customer Care Activities: Execute customer care activities to achieve assigned revenue targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Back-Office Operations: Handle all back-office activities such as preparing order acknowledgements, issuing purchase orders to suppliers, and updating customers on order status.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain colleagues in EMEA and overseas to monitor order delivery progress.
Certification Management: Obtain required certifications for export and import products for customs clearance.
Issue Resolution: Solve import/export issues following Line Manager guidelines.
Forwarding Agent Selection: Select the best forwarding agents where applicable.
Financial Coordination: Liaise with AFC in case of letters of credit from customers.
Shipment Documentation: Prepare all necessary documents for shipment.
Field Service Coordination: Work with the field service team to plan site activities according to customer requirements.
Invoicing: Produce and send invoices to customers.
Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities, including revenue forecasts, order pipeline status, and on-time delivery (OTD) using the proper tools, reporting to Line Managers.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with customers to support the business.
Event Participation: Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations as required.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all general and company policies.
