In-house Content Creator & Personal Assistant position for an entrepreneur expat family. For this job you?ll be doing things like?
  • Generate creative concepts and ideas for multimedia content aligned with client objectives and target audience.
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, images, infographics, and written copy, across various channels.
  • Edit and optimize content for different platforms, ensuring brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Data gathering and collection.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
  • Running errands and managing household tasks.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Responding emails.
  • Managing contractors ? handyman, electrician, maids, drivers etc.

  • Strong boundaries ? this is a professional yet casual work environment. Most things you?ll do are of a personal nature; you will be working from our home office in the family villa.
  • Available during the work week, bonus points if you can also occasionally be free during evenings or weekends.
  • Demonstrated experience as a media content creator, with a diverse portfolio showcasing content across various formats such as video, images, and written copy.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging, shareable content for different platforms (Discord, Twitter-X, Instagram, etc.).
  • Edit and optimize multimedia content for different platforms and formats, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and content optimization techniques.
  • Be extremely discrete.
  • Be obsessed with organization and ensuring everything is in its place.
  • Be able to adapt to situations as they arise.
