We are looking for an experienced Psychiatrist to join our team of specialists.Responsibilities:Assess and screen patients by conducting psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, observations, and psychological testingAnalyze data and results of assessments to diagnose patientsPrescribe and administer medications according to diagnosisMonitor patients to determine efficacy and potential side effects of medicationsDevelop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as neededProvide crisis intervention as neededComplete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely mannerCollaborate with a broader team of physicians, psychologists, and nurses to assess and adjust treatment plansCoordinate and communicate with case managers and other stakeholders about treatment and careRequirements:Current and valid board certification in psychiatryMedical degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an approved psychiatric residencyLicensed to practice medicine in the country/state of practiceExcellent knowledge and familiarity with current specialty developmentsFamiliar with crisis assessment tools and techniquesStrong working knowledge of general psychiatric principles and practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Company Profile WizeJob human resource consultancy are one of the leading workforce recruitment companies in the healthcare sector of the UAE.
