Roles & ResponsibilitiesPosition: Banking Products Relationship Officer- Auto Loans/Personal Loans/Credit cardsLocation: Dubai Oud MehtaSalary: AED 4,000 per month (plus performance incentives)Employment Type: Permanent | Full-timeRole Summary:The Banking Relationship Officer is responsible for generating new business and achieving sales targets for Credit Cards & Auto loans This role involves prospecting, customer acquisition, relationship management, and providing financial solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of retail banking products.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, field visits, and networking.Promote and sell Credit Cards / Auto Loans to customers.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Conduct product presentations and explain key features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.Desired Candidate ProfileKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication & interpersonal abilitiesGood knowledge of retail banking products (Credit Cards/PL/Auto Loans)Ability to work under pressure and achieve targetsCustomer-centric approachBasic understanding of credit assessment and documentation processesExcellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage)Target-driven, professional, and customer-focused.Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable lending solutions.Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.Handle customer queries, documentation guidance, and loan/credit card application support.Requirements:Age: 20 to 35 yearsBachelor?s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Experience in retail or corporate banking, preferably in product sales or relationship management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of banking products and regulations.Clear credit history.Compensation and BenefitsTraining and development support.Career growth opportunities within the UAE banking sector.Multicultural and professional work environment.Visa & Insurance Provide by a company.
