? Daily Activities: -? Plan and schedule surprise divisional audits.? Preparing daily visit reports.? Divisional audits as per provided IAU templates and report any deviation observed to HOD.? Providing solutions to concerns and quires with related to process from DC.? Check, verify and reconcile bank deposits and PDC?s with collections and system reports.? Surprise van checks in an uneven timing.? Monitoring Surprise audit for selected vans for selected articles.? Monitoring monthly scheduled van inventory count conducted by divisions.? Tracking and monitoring ? Manage Engine requests/other requests from DC?s.? Attend and complete any task assigned by HOD from Commerce /Retail.? Weekly Activities:? Supervising Physical inventory counts for DC?s across UAE ? 6 months? cycle? Reconciliation of physical inventory variance report ? Weekly? Coordinating and supervising all weekly activities of IAU? Monitor system related tasks pending from DC.? Monthly Activities: ? Monitoring and MIS Preparations, Reports and its analysis.? Preparation of surprise visit schedule and forwarding to HOD.? Monitoring and tracking entire Sales incentives and timely dispersals thru Payroll.? Monitor Incentive release /hold request from Sales team and forward to Payroll? Coordinating all activities of IAU - Monthly? Miscellaneous Activities:? Supervision Half Year and Yearend inventory count schedule preparation in coordination with divisional heads without interrupting business and External Auditors.? Coordinating with HR and Conducting hand over/taken over process among Head cashiers during the occasion transfer/vacation.? Attending / organizing / coordinating meetings with many departments to enhance easy process flow across the organization. ? Providing solutions ? if any emergency situations arrives? Attending and Investigating the following.a) Reporting of Embezzlement Activities (Internal).b) Reporting of Embezzlement Activities (External).c) Shoplifting ? External/Internald) Stock Disputes.e) Supervising and controlling all activities of IAU Miscellaneous activities.
