Administrative AssistantJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop documentation for identified projects. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.•Gather and analyse technical and product information from various sources (such as product demonstrations workshops, interviews, emails, or phone calls) to document new or changing product functionality.•Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and feature backlogs.•Develop clear and concise technical documentation, including but not limited to: product requirements, consultant specifications, datasheets, user manuals, product guides, and release notes.•Write, format, edit, review, and proofread procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.•Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.Requirement :•Prepare product requirement documents including market requirements, use cases, and user stories in a clear and concise manner to drive product execution into R&D.•Develop detailed specifications for products, including non-functional aspects such as engineering for production aspects, security, quality, and reliability, in close collaboration and with active support from product manager.•Support with the successful launch and handover documentation to Sales and Technical Delivery teams.
