The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.Key Responsibilities:Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and implementation of the hospitals budget.Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.Accounting Operations: Oversee and perform various accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies.Audits: Assist with internal and external audits.Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory agencies.Special Projects: Perform special projects as assigned by the CFO or Finance Director.Working Conditions:Work Environment: Fast-paced hospital environment.Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day, with occasional evenings or weekends.Salary and Benefits:1. Salary: Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.2.
