Duties and Responsibilities# Process supplier?s payments, petty cash reimbursement and fund transfers# Updates Daily Cash Position Report# Reconciles petty cash on hand# Updates various entries for payments, collection and other related accounting entries in Tally# Posting of all trade purchase orders# Coordinates with Merchandising team for any inventory issues# Posting of shipping charges# Prepares month end entries and other related reports# Reconciles stock discrepancies# Responsible for any other tasks required to do from time to time# A-Z Inventory Management# Profit & Loss Statement
