Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Arabic-speaking Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, exceptional organizational abilities, and the discretion to handle confidential information.Key Responsibilities Manage the executive's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and prioritize schedules to ensure efficient time management. Prepare, draft, translate, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents in both Arabic and English. Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding where appropriate. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation. Liaise with internal departments, clients, government authorities, and external stakeholders. Coordinate visa applications, travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation when required. Handle personal errands and administrative tasks as assigned. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers. Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.Requirements Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) ? mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3?5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities. Familiarity with UAE business practices and government procedures is an advantage.Desired Candidate Profile Previous experience supporting C-level executives or business owners. UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory). Experience coordinating corporate travel and executive events.
