? We seek to onboard a Consultant (Strategic Leadership Hiring) for our expanding business. Our ?colleague to be? must be, knowledge driven, creative, passionate, and ambitious. He/she must be an entrepreneur by intent, commercially astute and possess the personality to inspire the team, clients and the candidates we engage with. Professional, Intellectual and personal competence should be the persons first nature, basis which, he/she who would be able to influence the clients and candidates he engages with. ? Our colleague would be initially report to the firms director as an independent contributor, and should be able to lead a team of 2-3 consultants and achieve the financial and commercial objective of the company from the Executive Search Vertical. A deep understanding of technology will be his enabler and we offer ?Physical and Digital workforce? solutions to our clients.? The role will entail closing critical and complex searches for senior leadership positions for our clients across various geographies. The person must therefore be able to research the industry, perform targeted search candidates, and after taking them through a very objective screening and selection process present them to the clients. ? Our colleague should have the ability to engage with the clients and by virtue of the trust so developed should be able to farm additional business for the firm and gradually build the credibility with the client and position the firm as a consultant of choice, and one that offers a solution to a problem.? The company has a very clear view on offering a progressive career for the achiever and would not hesitate to elevate the position within the Executive Search vertical which could eventually culminate as Head of Operations in years to come. These are milestone based progressions with commensurate enhancement of compensation (Fixed and Variable)
