Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive contract strategies to minimize risks and maximize project success.Conduct thorough reviews and negotiations of contract terms to ensure alignment with project objectives and compliance.Act as the primary liaison between project teams and clients, facilitating clear communication regarding contractual obligations.Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying potential issues early to mitigate risks.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of contracts and changes for audit and compliance purposes.Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align contract terms with budgetary constraints and procurement policies.Provide expert witness testimony during legal proceedings relating to construction disputes.Developing and monitoring the subcontractor and supply agreement process.Reviewing valuation of variations in accordance with the contractDevelop and execute procurement strategies aligned with client objectives and project timelines.Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.Provide procurement management support as part of the consultant team, liaising with the client and contractors.Draft tender documentsDesired Candidate ProfileMinimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within construction, Facade engineering industry,Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), FIDIC or similar are highly desirable.Experience working with international clients and familiarity with varying legal jurisdictions is a plus.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract terms and conditions effectively.Exceptional negotiation skills, demonstrating a track record of favorable contract outcomes.
