Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities? Strong knowledge of checking and troubleshooting of Form Filling Sealing Machine, Bottle Filling Machine, Roasting / Frying Machine, Processing machine (De stoner & Gravity separator cleaning Machine, Grinding machine, Blending machine, continuous chocolate Tampering Machine) by using the correct procedures based on the Manuals provided for each machine to eliminate break down.? Reading Blueprints, Electrical Drawings and Control Diagrams to assist and plan for trouble shooting.? Perform fault analysis of Electrical & Electronics components such as transformers, controls, PCB, Motor, sensor, contractor, and circuit breakers.? Basic Knowledge of PLC, Drives, Servo Motor, Vfd Etc.? Checking, operating and troubleshooting of Machine accessories Thermal Printer, Ink jet Printer, Check weigher, Fire Pumps and screw air compressor etc..? Preparing requisition for Electrical Spares and Consumables for repairing and maintenance works.? selecting appropriate replacement parts and troubleshooting problems by using the correct procedures.? Understands and follows all plant safety, work,? Daily routine works of Preventive and break down maintenance Daily update of break down register and reportDesired Candidate Profile? Education: Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical engineering? Experience: 2 Years in same field, Strong knowledge & experience of troubleshooting in FMCG Plant Machines - (Food Packing machine, Food Processing machine & Food Filling lines) by using the correct procedures based on the Manuals provided for each machine to eliminate break down.? Language: English / Hindi.? Skills: Computer: perfect knowledge windows & MS office.
