Job Description

Responsibilities:-QUOTATIONSPreparing quotations as instructed by the sales teamPreparing reports for the management based on quotesMaintains filing all quotations and related documents Maintains database of all quotations in the systemAssisting the sales engineers, providing all the details for the items quoted.Dealing with the customers if sales team are not available.Dealing with telephonic enquiries.TECHNICAL SUBMITTALSPreparing Technical submittals as per the project/ client requirementsSelection of product or services as per the details provided by the clients.Arranging the sample boards to the clients as per submittals.Replying to the consultant comments after checking with the manager.Maintains the database and the status of all the submittals in the system.Preparing reports for the management based on submittals.REQUIREMENTS2-3 years of experience in the similar fieldWith Mechanical/technical know-how on piping and plumbing products.Adept knowledge in MS Office ApplicationsSalary : AED 4000 - 6000 Company Profile Excelsior is a bespoke HR and recruitment consultancy, specialising in the Security, Facilities Management, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare and Automotive sectors.
