We are dedicated to creating extraordinary designs that elevate guest experiences and set new benchmarks in the industry.Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing high-end hospitality and resort projects. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with investors, architects, and contractors to bring our vision to life.Key Responsibilities:•Lead the interior design process for hospitality and resort projects, from initial concept development to final installation.•Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, and translate them into innovative design solutions.•Develop and present renders, design concepts, mood boards, space plans, furniture and material selections.•Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and procurement.•Coordinate with suppliers, architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of design elements.•Oversee project timelines, budgets, suppliers and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.•Willing to travel internationally to conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.•Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.•Work with the design team to develop a concept sketch into a developed, realistic and detail 3D rendering.•Great team working skills are fundamental. Report directly to the Senior Architect and mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and support staff.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
