Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob description:Required Male Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with minimum 4-5 years UAE Experience in Interior Decoration or Fit out company.Job Responsibilities:ESTIMATING: -Your role will include:ú Receiving tender documentation and preparing subcontract and supplier enquiry documents.ú Preparing tender / estimates ready for adjudication with the directors, including any taking off as necessary, to create a comprehensive priced document, on time for submission.ú Liaison with client team to complete any value engineering that may be necessary to progress the project to site.Participating in online tenders.SURVEYING: -Your role will include:ú Prepare monthly project valuations and source certification, and attending monthly project site meetings.ú Re-measurement and pricing of variationsúMonthly preparation of internal cost value comparison (CVCs) on each project for comment by directorsPreferably holding UAE Valid Driving LicenseLanguages known: English & HindiQualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (attested document mandatory)Previous Employer: Experience Certificate (if available) or reference contact number.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 03 to 05 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying and estimating Commercial Projects Within UAE.Proven track record of successfully estimating and managing costs for diverse construction projects.
