Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all security operations within the villa premises, ensuring the safety and privacy of residents and guests.Direct and supervise a team of villa personnel, providing clear instructions and monitoring their work.Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including access control, surveillance monitoring, security gate and emergency response plans.Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks or vulnerabilities.Desired Candidate ProfilePossess a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in security management or a related field is advantageous.Hold relevant security certifications (e.g., SIA, CPO) and a valid driver's license.Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in security or facilities management, preferably within a luxury residential or hospitality setting.Arabic speaker is preferred.
