WHP Package LeadTerms and Conditions: * Work Location: Qatar, Doha/Malaysia * Type: Contract role * Duration :18 Months Working Schedule * Work hours per day: 8 hrs./day * Work Days per Week: 5 days/week * Mob/demob allowance: Provided * Medical insurance: Provided * Visa: Provided * Living allowance: Provided ACCOUNTABILITIES * The job holder is accountable for the following activities during Phase 2 project execution: * Accountable for WHP Package LLI Tender process, execution phase and hand-over to future EPCIC Contractor. * Coordinate with EPCIC5 contract to ensure smooth execution of Main subcontracts and equipment packages * Ensure technical coordination with package lead during all phases of EPC from FEED to EPCIC5 Contract Close-out * Assist and support EPCIC5 Package lead throughout all EPCIC preparation and execution phases * Report and liaise with package lead as neededACTIVITIES * To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other Client HSE procedures in all EPCIC activities, * To carry out work in compliance with Client values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed CLIENT priorities and objectives, Client standards and procedures and good industry practices, * To follow-up FEED engineering to ensure timely readiness of LLI's document packages for RFQ * To follow-up LLI engineering and fabrication processes for free-issued and assigned COMPANY items coordinating documentation review, surveillance and management of interfaces * To follow-up during EPCIC5 execution, tender preparation, clarification meetings, and bidder evaluation for main EPC subcontracts/POs * To follow-up Detail Engineering to ensure timely issuance of necessary deliverables for Subcontracts/POs * To coordinate with Field Operations ensuring attendance to key review and necessary input in design * Ensure proper execution of EPC subcontracts/Pos and coordinate documentation review and COMPANY surveillance plan with QAQC Lead. * To manage potential deviations from the CLIENT referential with the Engineering Manager for final decision on whether or not to implement, * To oversee all Project Procurement activities - monitor and report progress, prepare Procurement Status Report to Project Management Team; * Work with Company's Engineering and QAQC department on vendor evaluation and selection criteria and participate in Vendor's audits if necessary. * Evaluate vendor performance during execution of the project and set up resolution for procurement related issues in a timely manner; * Participate to Spare Parts management / procurement with providing guidance to Contractor and coordination with MP/FOPS department, end users and warehouse. * Participate to Contractor and Company Vendor's mobilization for all phases of the project. * To manage assistance from shareholder specialists (remote head office), when required during all phases, * To assist EPC contract management with regards to all technical, commercial and contractual issues arising during WHP EPCIC Works execution and liaise with EPCIC Package Lead on regular basis on that matters, * To attend HAZID/ HAZOP/ Project Technical reviews sessions with CLIENT, Contractors and vendors teamsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, * Experience: At least 5 years' experience in the offshore oil & gas project * Experience within a project team: At least 5 years' experience within large multinational taskforce team environment, * Work experience in structural engineering * Experience in tendering, procurement and engineering processes * Available for technical missions worldwide, * Familiar with Total General Specifications, Prodom, MOQ standards and relevant codes and standards, * Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment, * Good analytical skills, * H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
