This role involves providing information, assistance, and support to guests using the wellness amenities and promoting a culture of relaxation, rejuvenation, and well-being.Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the wellness area, offering a warm and friendly welcome.
• Provide information about available wellness services, amenities, and upcoming events.
• Assist guests in scheduling appointments for spa treatments, fitness classes, or other wellness activities.
• Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for the hotels wellness offerings.
• Promote wellness packages and special promotions.
• Address guest inquiries and provide guidance on facility use, hours, and rules.
• Offer suggestions for activities and amenities based on guest preferences and wellness goals.
• Provide towels, robes, or other necessary items to guests and ensure their comfort.
• Keep the wellness areas clean, organized, and well-stocked with amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the safety and orderliness of the wellness spaces.

• Previous experience in a customer service or guest-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A genuine interest in wellness, relaxation, and well-being.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the hotels wellness offerings and services.
• Proficiency in using reservation and scheduling systems is a plus.
