HSE OfficerJob Location : Qatar:?Undertakes daily inspection tours in assigned area of responsibility to ensure implementation of and adherence to the procedures set out in the HSE&S site plan, Companys HSE&S management System and any additional project specific requirements?Completes daily activity reports?Provides on the job training to junior HSE&S officers and assigns and supervises activities and assesses their performance?Computer proficiency?Good communication skills in English, good presentation skills, negotiation skills & delegation skills?Membership in Professional bodies, Middle East / Gulf states experience must?Physically fit to work?Qualification Minimum University Degree / Diploma in Safety, NEBOSH IGC123 Certificate and IOSH or OSHA required?Experience Minimum 7 years experience as a HSE&S Officer and at least 5 years of construction site experience in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Heavy Civil in major construction companies
