As we continue to expand and refine this platform, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.As a Technical Operations Manager for TASMU Platform, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform. You will lead a team of technical experts and collaborate with various stakeholders to guarantee seamless operations, system availability, and continuous improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of Qatar nations urban infrastructure and services.oPlatform Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the TASMU Platform, ensuring high availability and reliability.oTeam Leadership: Manage a team of operations and support staff, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.oAzure/Google Cloud Management: Monitor and optimize the platforms performance on Azure/Google Cloud, including cost management and resource allocation.oIncident Management: Develop and implement incident response procedures, leading the team in resolving critical issues promptly and effectively.oSecurity and Compliance: Collaborate with the security and compliance team to enforce best practices and compliance standards, ensuring the platforms integrity and data security.oCapacity Planning: Evaluate system performance and resource utilization to plan for future scalability and growth.oVendor and Partner Management: Liaise with third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of the platform.oDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.oContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency.oEmergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.oStandards: Support adoption of ITIL and service management best practicesoBudget Management: Manage the operations budget, including forecasting and expenditure tracking.oReporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on platform performance and operational metrics.
