JOB SUMMARY: Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.REPORTSTo update the SDR on daily basis on Field Reporting System ApplicationKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. - Introduction of Fischer Products and Services to Consultants and Contractors- Provide Technical support in terms of designing.- Product demonstrations at site.- Attainment of Specifications and Approvals through regular planned calls on jobsite, consultants and contractors.- Provide bill of materials, estimation and submittals for Fischer engineering products.- Create technical specifications and assist Field Sales Engineers in conversion of specification to sales. - Timely reporting on daily call plan/report, weekly/monthly business plans and key jobsite/project reportsOTHERS- Attend training program as assigned periodically to upgrade & develop technical knowledge / skills- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively- Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change- Seminars to the customers- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsKnowledge?
