? Implement standardisation and best-practices ? Take the lead for the commissioning and start-up phases of newly to be built machinery in new plants? Write clear reports with recommendations and actions for follow-up? Collaborate with Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager and General Manager to provide good overall company performance ? Support and if critical, lead trouble shooting in case of machine breakdowns? Training of Technicians in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance? Manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts and maintenance services in accordance with company?s policies? Facilitate the procurement of technical operational equipment (e.g. forklift trucks) in close collaboration with Operations Manager and General Manager? Monitoring of machines performance, spares expenditure, analysis, reporting and recommending improvements ? Spare parts management, consumption, ordering, system update, set-up of approval process, correct cost centre selection? Participate and lead meetings with operations, management and client ? Train Operators and Team Leaders in best-practice packaging operation in collaboration with Operations Manager? Development and maintenance of written work instructions, standard operating procedures and documents in compliance with the company?s ISO certification? Development of new solutions, calculation of the investment and the improvement, describing this in a proper document and presenting this to management and client? Clarifying job priorities and identifying obstacles? Responsible for team productivity? Ensure issuing and follow-up of incident reports
