? Level 2 support and troubleshooting for incident management of Network/ System Infrastructure services.? Responsible for the operating system and associated subsystems? Provide system-level support of multi-user operating systems ? Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems? Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and systems connectivity problems? Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs? Overseeing the implementation of a new system? Responding to alarms, alerts & incidents reported by Network & Security Operation Center.? Apply patches and upgrades to network equipment and servers in bulk as part of vulnerability management and standardization of operating software ? Verification of configuration on all network equipment against baselines and providing remediation?s where non-compliant.? Routine changes to configuration of network & systems across all site location.? Support and maintain Windows and Unix Infrastructure services for the entire corporate network.? Support and maintain IT Data center Facilities (5 Data centers across different locations).? Support and Maintain SAP infrastructure services (UNIX Infrastructure services).? Implement mandated IT Security Controls across IT Infrastructure service.
