Prioritizes work according to goals and schedules.? Responsible for the day to day operational management ? Organize work load, supervise and allocate driver assignments on a daily basis.? Implement and monitor repairs and/or replacements of site power tools? Supervise and perform vehicle maintenance activities, which can be either mechanical, electrical.? Ensuring all vehicles/ equipment maintained in good working order and in accordance with current legislation to maintain performance and agreed service standards.? Maintain logs of materials, vehicle & equipment? Handling petty cash for day to day site operations for buying materials, diesel for generators etc.? Collate all the financial transactions done in the daily operations of a business and record them in their respective accounts.? Ensuring all administrative records are completed accurately. Preparation of relevant reports and documents for Department Head. ? Organize vendor enquiries and obtain quotations and negotiation.? Material dispatch to project sites as per the requirement? Prepare delivery notes and reports ? Logistics management for timely delivery of materials to meet project deadline.? Update inventory and control register? Detailed and thorough treatment of transactions, compliance with regulations, safeguarding a smooth running of daily operations.?
