? The primary duty of store/inventory assistant is to assist manage the inventory.? Package items and label correctly? Scan delivered items and ensure quality? Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors? Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location? Update logs and documentation for inventory processing? Logging and tagging items that have been received and physically moving product to different locations.? Inventory assistants must inspect shipments of new stock as they come in, checking to make sure orders have been filled correctly and looking for damage.
