Job Title: Startup Incubation SpecialistLocation: QatarDesirable Qualification:?Develop and coordinate incubation programs at (DIC/HTS) to support startups through their?early stages of growth.?Lead and coordinate training programs, incubation services, demo days, fundraising events, mentorship and guidance programs to startups.?Identify and provide resources and partnerships to support startups, including?access to funding, technology, mentorship, legal and accounting services.?Organize and facilitate events and workshops that strengthen relationships?with investors, mentors, and other stakeholders in Qatar entrepreneurship?ecosystem.?Build and maintain relationships with investors, industry experts, and other?stakeholders to help startups access resources and gain visibility.?Evaluate the progress of startups and provide feedback to entrepreneurs and?stakeholders.?Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices?related to startups? incubation programs?Coordinate with other teams within the (DIC/HTS) to ensure that?incubation programs are integrated with other initiatives and resources offered?by the center.?Collaborate with other members/ecosystem to create supportive and inclusive?community for startups.?Good to have skills/Qualifications?Bachelors degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship, or a related field?Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships?with a diverse group of stakeholders?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal?Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize?effectively.?Good presentation skills and creative thinking ?Knowledge of startup funding sources, legal and accounting issues, and?market trends.?Comfortable with public speaking and leading group discussions.?Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping startups succeed?Excellent English level, both written and verbal.
