With a history of innovation spanning 87 years, Raytheon provides state-of-the-art electronics, mission systems integration, and other capabilities in the areas of sensing; effects; and command, control, communications and intelligencesystems, as well as a broad range of mission support services.Raytheon is seeking a Sr Intelligence Analyst with previous experience as a Field Service Representative, who understands imagery analysis and can support the operational mission, utilizing full motion video (FMV), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), and other sensor types while also providing Tier 1 technical field support to U.S. and Coalition operations. This blended expertise will be used to provide solutions engineering, troubleshooting support and training to U.S. Troops and Coalition forces.Candidate must be able to perform effectively in a fast paced environment with short timelines, be a self-starter, and demonstrate the ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.Job Responsibilities:? Tier 1 system administration and user support to imagery analysts supporting FMV/PED operations? Product demonstration and training to users, operational leadership, and mission partners? Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting assistance and engage Tier II/III engineers when required? Understand military operations, video dissemination, add/delete sensors, network connectivity, and other operational functions of the program's system? Work with CONUS system and software engineers on product enhancements based on user inputs? Train new military and contract operators on the program's system? Train new military and contract operators on preventative maintenance for the systemThis position can be a Salary Grade G09 or Salary Grade G10 based on the candidate's qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience, and responsibility requirements for the position.U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employmen tRequired Skills, Education, and Experience:? Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance; Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Access preferred? Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience is required per the MVDS contract? Background in supporting or performing all source, imagery, or common ground station analysts? Experience utilizing Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products? Experience providing training personnel on system familiarization, system functionality, GUI interface, and new user orientation topics? Candidate must be familiar with DoD/DISA network security requirements and information assurance procedures and guidelines? Have a current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II/III certification (ex: Security CE)Desired Skills, Education, and Experience:? Bachelor s Degree? Extensive knowledge or experience as an imagery analyst or providing user support to imagery analysts? Experience working with US government computer systems and interfacing with military customers? Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team to resolve problems? Excellent customer and communication skills, and written and oral communications skills?
