Roles, Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesWork with the operations team to Implement the site quality system and monitor its operations. Oversees and manages all aspects of a site.Must be able to coordinate all site tasks with multiple contractors.Must have strong knowledge in finishing (i.e doors, floorings, paint, partitions, gypsum etc).Must possess have strong knowledge in finishing, HVAC, plumbing, wood work, and fit out details.Prepares material requests for sites.To arrange project, plan prepare time schedules for projects.Identifies the team members for certain works and coordinates logistical and operations duties.Understand the transition from shell to finishing and coordinate between all parties in detail.Ensures that subcontractors adhere to all schedule and budget constraints.Must organize and insure work is executed according to approved drawings and instructions.Ensure that non-conformances are being recorded and take corrective action as necessary.Ensure that only current drawings and documents are used.Enforces compliance, and administers disciplinary actions as required.Ensure that employees are inducted and are sufficiently trained and experienced to carry out their work.Conduct in-coming, in-process and final inspection and testing for on-site activities in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans and Checklists, Safe Work Method Statements and the recording of results.Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, operation & maintenance manuals, specifications, drawings, etc.Ensure that all processes are carried out by qualified tradesmen in accordance with approved procedures.Implement health and safety on site as per the Health and Safety Plan.Skills- Excellent communication skills.- Strong knowledge in finishing, HVAC, plumbing, wood work, and fit out details.- AutoCAD knowledge.- Microsoft project / Primavera is preferred.Physical Abilities- Physically FitEducation- Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent is mandatory or At least 5+ years of Interior experience is required- GCC experience would be advantage with driving license.
