- 1) Bachelor?s degree In Civil Engineering.- 2) Least 5 years? experienced.- 3) UPDA Grade A,B, C - Civil Engineering / QS Degree.- 4) Must be able to get Transferrable visa / NOC.- Fully in charge of quantity surveying. Have knowledge in planning, monitoring and administrating the QS plan. Solve any QS issue and offer solution. Familiar with cost control & cost benefit analysis. Prepare and follow up progress payment, variations, claims and subcontracting works.
