We are a turnkey ID and fit out company base in GCC and presently looking for a Project Operations Manager for our Qatar operation. The Brief JD as follows:? Supervising turkey projects which includes Civil, MEP and Joinery works;? Ensure that quality of the workmanship and work execution as per the drawing/BOQ/specification;? Ensure that all works and projects delivered as per the strict time line and work program agreed with the customer;? Responsible for deploying the proper internal team and subcontractor in the work place;? Must be proactive and have the ability to provide solutions;? Attend all the review meeting with customer and ensure that all variations, change orders, change in program, etc. properly recorded and communicated with the customer representative and to the company General Manager.? Ensure that all work executed within the allocated budget and timely obtain the client approval of work progress to rise the invoice on time.
