Bachelors degree in electrical engineeringDiploma holders (three year diploma) with valid switching authorization from Kahramaa may be consideredMinimum 8+ years of experience, preferrably with high voltage sub-stations (220kV and lower voltage GIS down to 33kV) as switching engineer attached with large power generating stationsExperience in electrical fault analysis with modern power electronic systems including frequency controlled variable speed drive systems will be an added advantage.Responsible for routine operational checks on the substations and equipment and completion of daily electrical reports.Shift coverage for the electrical control room in Common Seawater Facility with responsibility for operation of different sub-stations.
