Roles & Responsibilities Identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes Gathering, documenting, and analyzing of business needs and requirements Identify suitable solution using the Archibus technology for various business requirements and scenarios Involvement in the design and modification of CAFM system and business system Interacts with system architects and developers to ensure the system is properly implemented Evaluate solution presented by selected Vendors/Contractors Provide support on the system tests and create system documentation and user manuals Ensure the scope, schedule and cost of the interdependent projects is aligned with the program. Maintain schedule, issues logs, risk summary, status reports, meeting minutes, etc. Support Project Manager by conducting executive updates and stakeholder meetings to ensure that corporate sponsorship is in line with the project charter and ongoing status Other reasonable tasks as assigned by managementExperience and Qualifications Master degree in relevant technical field of study 10+ years of experience with 3 years in a role having a specific focus on delivery related to Archibus CAFM systems Fundamental understanding of the Archibus platform Understanding of CAD, BIM, GIS problematic Experience on delivery of multi-tier system, system architecture and integration tasks Excellent organizational and project management skills and experience using tools such as Microsoft Project;PMP (Project Management Professional) qualification or certification Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills Experience in complex organization environments. Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
