Job Purpose Engage and review delivery of EPC Documentation and attend EPC Contractor workshops and meetigs to ensure COMPANY requirements are met in the execution of detialed design, brownfield. Support the technical execution of interface agreements throughout the interface agreement lifecycle to ensure that they are ?fit-for-purpose? and delivered at the correct level to support the Permit to Work requirements.Deliver and manage the Lessons Learned and Issues Management processes, identify critical issues and issue prerequisite reports to management on monthly basisKey Job Accountabilities 1.Review and management of EPC Contractor document in a timely manner.2.Deliver LL?s and report on status and incorporation within the Project3.Manage LL meetings at the required frequency and at the QGPMS stage Gates4.Manage Issues Management Process and reporting.Raise Key issues to Management.5.Support the Interface & Execution Team as required in Interface Agreements and Brownfield Execution delivery6.Contribute in and IA Workshops on the interface agreement process with Company and Contractor to ensure compliance.7.Contribute in HAZID , HAZOP and Model review workshops.8. Develop guidelines, processes and procedures necessary to support and control the offshore installation phase with CONTRATOR.9.Plan work based upon project milestones and objectives. 10.Contribute to COMPANY Lessons Learned process.
