Job Description

Senior Product Specialist CardiologyObjectiveEnsure this departments continuous growth and generation of revenue by making the marketing plan in line with the principal strategy and work rigorously on execution of the same on timely manner, He individually contributes at an expert level to meet set short to medium term objectivesEducation Qualification and Specific Experience Required

  • University Degree with a medical background for eg. Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Nursing, Science.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience handling similar product range and specialties, 5 years preferred.
  • Advance knowledge of Cardiac related diseases, medical devices used & services.
  • Should have strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
  • Should have advance computer skills.
  • Well versed in English language, knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
Internal/External Context:Internal:
  • High pace working environment, with demanding and conflicting priorities at times.
  • Require good degree of scientific knowledge that enables expert advise to Cardiologists & Technicians
External:
  • Works in a moderately complex and unpredictable environment drawing on available financial and marketing intelligence and predefined long term vision, goals & strategies.
  • Customer centric, with low margin of error considering a tough competitive environment.
  • Considerable impact on critical customer decisions.
Decision making boundaries:
  • Expected to work within specifically defined guidelines and policies set by the group and some set conditions to meet the set goals and tasks of business unit.
  • Will be responsible for decisions in terms of deployment of resources to ensure efficiency & quality.
  • Takes action on basic customer related issues within the guidelines, however reports complex issues to next level for quick action & swift resolution.
