Position Summary:Preference is someone who has regional experience within the GCC and speaks Arabic? Design, generate BOQ and cost estimate for CNE/SCN, IT, Fire Alarm, PAVA systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, AV systems, SMATV, Master Clock and ELV system. ? Develop viable, working integration matrix, showing the interface between the above systems, along with the arrangement schematics. ? Understand the drawings, specifications of the low current systems provided by the client/consultant and raise RFIs. ? Attend clarification meetings with client / consultant. ? Send enquiries and coordinate with vendors (partners and external / international) for offers. ? Technically & commercially evaluate vendor offers and prepare comparison statement. ? Compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding. ? Meet the biding time frame of clients and internal departments. ? Support the sales team in pre-sales presentations with clients. ? Lead a small team to evaluate tenders, design solutions and prepare bid proposals complete. ? Knowledge of Project Phases, Engineering and Site Management manpower estimation concepts. ? Authority on all cost issues of standard nature for any major issue will be referred to line manager. ?
