Senior HR GeneralistJob Location : Qatar:?Should be able to perform and coach all HR functions in the areas of immigration, recruitment, employee relations and HRIS.?Shall concentrate and focus mainly in managing the entire operations of immigration and shall give report to the HR Director for an update.?Shall take over the responsibility of the Specialists during vacation.?To develop a systematic approach in monitoring and coordinating the process and/or renewals of residency permit, health and insurance cards, visa, exit permit, RP cancellations, company licenses/registrations and medical fitness certificate for restaurant staff (Chefs and Waiters) through PROs.?Shall assist the ER Specialist in the development and delivery of training programs to employees.?Shall receive and assign to PROs the preparation of Arabic letters.?Perform a variety of day-to-day administrative HR functions ensuring data integrity, immigration processing and HR reports.?To deliver reports as requested by the HR Director.
