- Evaluation of tender documents, BOQ & Drawings- Preparing bill of quantities for Tenders by Analysing design /drawings- Timely submission of Tenders and preparing cost summary for the entire project- Responsible for project pre-tender and post-tender clarifications- Floating Enquiries to various suppliers & sub-contractors based on the BOQ and analyze offers received- Monitor the progress and control of Construction activities in liaison with Project Engineers- Follow-up of quantities to be done/performed in any discipline- Estimation handover with budgets- Organize and manage the site weekly reporting including progress tables- Provide adequate detailed feedback to Project Planning Engineer for Project reporting and planning- Creating data base of prices and subcontractors for future reference- Making site visit if necessary to clarify the scope of works.
