Job Purpose ?Brownfield Lead Interface and Execution Team in ?HSE principles and life saving rules.?the five pillars of delivery, supported by KPI?s in line Job Context & Major Challenge(s): The Interface & Execution Senior Construction Engineer position requires the flexibility and ability to travel to the EPC fabrication and loadout yards, on and offshore and when required to be based partly at these locations throught the project phase through to handover to the asset owners team. Further to support the project team and home office. The context and challenges of the position are summarised as follows: To execute the I1P1 brownfield workscope inclusive of two major high pressure high value shutdowns in 2020 and 2021 to modify the existing offshore NFB installation in readiness for the future hook-up and tie-ins in 2021-2023, the installation of two new bridges; one between existing PU and PR platforms and the other PU to PRQ1 (new) platform inclusive of power, communication, utilities modifications as necessary.To ensure readiness of the Contractor, supporting and fulfilling the requirements of Company shutdown preparedness gated process Key Job Accountabilities 1.To Drive visible leadership in team and others of COMPANY Safety, Health and Environmental Policy and respect to individuals2.To Deliver project phase requirements, milestones as defined in schedule in line with COMPANY Management System3.To be the Leader of a multi-discipline team as needed for the Construction activities4.To Supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the construction works in respect of scope and in accordance to prioritization agreed with the Lead and head of brownfield project execution, based on emergency, safety, production and future development critical needs 5.Guide, Mentor and act as role model for Construction Engineers,coordinators and all contractors6.To deliver fabricated items with zero carry over works to the offshore construction team.7.To organize detailed design reviews with the Engineering, to ensure the value engineering and continuous development principles, constructability and hookability aspects of the works.8.To check the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance to all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Contractor.9.To review deviations to QG construction standards for comments.10.With Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers, as built ?) for the construction activities.11.To co-ordinate with QA leader for all quality matters, including as well the management of quality audits as needed for a continuous control of Contractors/Subcontractors.12. Review Contractor?s progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.13. To organise the Technical Meetings as needed with Contractors/Subcontractors
