About Our ClientOur client is a prestigious real estate investor based in Doha, with an established track record of successful investments across the globe. They have an opening within their Private Market Risk team and are looking for a Senior Associate to join and help guide their direct real estate investments. Please note, this role would require full time relocation to Doha. What the job involves

  • Perform due diligence for potential real estate investments
  • Apply financial modelling to uncover the potential of investment opportunities and assess their viability
  • Create due diligence reports
  • Drive the enhancement of investment risk process through high-level analytical skills
  • Nurture strong relationships across stakeholders
Who we are looking for
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in investments, asset management, commercial real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, real estate lending, or private equity
  • Experience in deal due diligence and advanced financial modelling
  • Ability to manage stakeholders
  • Strong educational background in Finance, Real Estate or a related field
