As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Agile principles and practices within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the Agile development process, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of agile project management experience, along with relevant certifications and technical skills.Key Responsibilities:?Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within the banking sector, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.?Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.?Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with banking business objectives and regulatory requirements.?Guide and coach development teams on Agile best practices, fostering self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.?Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, and stakeholders to share best practices, align priorities, and contribute to the overall Agile maturity of the organization.?Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder team progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process.?Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration within the Agile teams.?Track and communicate key project metrics and progress to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making and effective project governance.?Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting team engagement, motivation, and high-performance.Requirements:?Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably within the banking sector or financial services industry.?Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.?Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, PMI-ACP) are required.?Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies in the banking sector.?Solid understanding of banking processes, regulations, and industry standards.?Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.?Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and driving results.?Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering business value.?Experience with Agile project management tools, such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.?Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.?Technical background or understanding of banking systems and technologies is a plus.?Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and play a key role in driving Agile transformation and project success.
