We are looking for Sales Executive for Audio Visual (AV) & UCC business unit to be based in Doha, Qatar.*Audio Visual (AV) & UCC field like Wireless Presentation, Video Conferencing, Audio Systems, Video systems, Control systems, Digital signage etc.The detailed job description is as below ?* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES? Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.? Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners? expectations.? Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.? Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.? Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.? Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.? Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.? Prospect new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation technique.? Manage a database of leads, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.? Drive additional revenue opportunities by creating and executing campaigns targeted at specific markets, business needs, account types and project types*ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES? Achieves assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts.? Meets assigned expectations for profitability.? Completes partner account plans that meet company standards.? Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.? Cross-function collaboration to ensure completion of sales cycle and customer satisfaction*QUALIFICATIONS? Minimum 5 years? experience in AV & Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) sales in Qatar
