Job title Executive ? Risk ManagementReports to Assistant Manager- Risk Management Job purpose To carry out all the activities related to risk identification, analysis, reporting and mitigation of Operational Risks as per the approved plan Duties and responsibilities ? To conduct regular operational risk management activities as per agreed plan and complete deliverables in accordance with the delegated responsibilities within given timeframe? To coordinate and support process review sessions and to document detailed meeting minutes from the scenario analysis sessions and track follow-up action items.? To monitor and conduct comprehensive analysis of operational processes and issues? To prepare and finalize the reports on findings and recommendations pursuant to operational risk management activities/ Internal Control programs for approval of Assistant Manager - Risk Management.? To prepare and finalize regular process reviews for evaluating system design and internal controls across all business units within given timeline.? To assist in finalizing policies, procedures and control assessments in response to identified risks for Manager's approval and circulation? To assist in reviewing and confirming any process change within ERP under the purview of information security and process controls? To work for special projects, risk and control gap analysis, and additional duties and responsibilities as required? To assist in conducting operational risks management awareness sessions for the employees ? To Perform periodic tests of operating effectiveness for defined Internal Controls as part of the operational risk management? To draft and update end to end process flowcharts of the respective departments across the Company based on a thorough knowledge of company's operations and key processes? Evaluate internal control deficiencies and track remediation to completion? To assist in development of annual risk management plan? To conduct any other tasks delegated by immediate manager Qualifications Education Degree: Master?s degree Field of Study: Commerce/Accounting/Commerce/Accounting/RiskManagement/Audit Technical Certifications & Training:Professional Certification CA / CPA / CIA / CFE Work Experience: 3-4 Years Previous Job:Role Operational Risk Analyst / Internal Auditor / Executive -Internal Control Executive/Analyst - Risk Management / Industry.Sector: Any Industry /Professional Firm Retail Industry (Preferably Automotive sector) Region: Qatar Other Requirements / Qualifications Knowledge of ERPs (Oracle or SAP) Excellent/ expert report writing, presentation and analytical skills , Knowledge of ERPs (Oracle or SAP) and Fluent in English Preferred Skills ?
