Build knowledge and awareness of ERM PPP within DepartmentPrepare and attend the Risk ROMD internal meetings and attend the meetings organized by PTO to present the ROMD risk registerPrepare the AA Risk Management Plan and AA Business Continuity Management PlanCarry out different tasks regarding the Business Process Management (BPM) project in AA ROMD using the Corporate IBM Blue Works IT Tool, to drive short and long-termbusiness improvements and identify key strategic initiatives.Contribute to the modification of the current ROMD Business ProcessesCoordinate the training about IBM Blue Works for ROMD staff with Team LeaderAdhere to Health and Safety Policy and Procedures within the workplace and comply to any new work instructionsPerform other duties/ tasks as requiredQualificationBachelor Degree or higher level qualification in Engineering in a relevant subject/Quantity SurveyingEducation qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, AustraliaHolder of Accreditation from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or similar would be an advantageHad conducted risk analysis at project and cooperate level is preferredHolder of current/valid Qatar Driving LicenseExperience: Minimum of 8 years? work experience in a similar positionProven experience as a Risk ManagerProven experience in conducting risk analysis at project and cooperate levelKnowledge and experience of risk assessment and controlExperience with auditing and reporting proceduresFamiliarity with industry compliance standards and regulations (e.g. Occupational Safety and Health Act)Strong computer and research skills; knowledge of analysis software is preferred (e.g. Statistical Analysis Software, or SAS)Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitudeExcellent communication and presentation skillsBSc/BA in Law, Business, Finance or a related fieldProfessional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and in particular Microsoft Excel 2010Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is essentialAbility to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic is preferred
