Our client, a government oil & gas distribution and marketing company based in Qatar, is looking for a Retail Manager.Brief description of responsibilities: To lead and manage the effective conceptualization, planning and operations of all company's retail outlets and develop strategy for growing and expanding its retail stations while ensuring that retail operations are carried out according to professional standards within applicable legal provisions whilst generating a return on capital invested.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.Certifications such as CPA, CMA as advantage.Minimum Experience:15 years of retail experience, preferably in the related industry with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Job Specific Skills:Good knowledge of the local and regional geographiesManagement and negotiation skillsBusiness Development skillsAdvanced decision-making skillsGood communication and presentation skillsLeadership skillsRelationship managementExcellent organizing and planning skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsStrategic thinkerFluent in English.
