Repair Bay MechanicJob Location : Qatar:?Ensure that all services and standards are maintained in line with the customer service program.?Handle and resolve all customer related complaints at the truck wash and truck oil change and truck repair bay to ensure customers satisfaction at all?Ensure that all APC truck consumables are recorded to continuously maintain a healthy stock at all times.?Ensure that all materials and supplies are ordered and received on time and issued in line with Woqod procedural guidelines.?Along with the Ensure availability of all promotional and advertising material at APC centers to ensure quality implementation as per the requirements of the vendors and as per the set promotional plans.
