Search and match qualified candidates, through social media channels, job boards and other resources & company database? Must be familiar with overseas recruitment for Blue & White Collar ? Negotiate salary and employment offers? Interview candidates face-to-face and by telephone/Video? Interview preparation and coaching of candidates;? Preparation and submittal of proposals on, or before, client?s deadline? Follow up actions with candidates, regarding the results of their interviews;? Proactive pool management for strategic profiles;? Participate in recruiting events? Handling overseas business partners Requirement:? Must be locally available ? Should have experience hiring bulk number of workforce? Capable to work under pressure? Immediate joining? 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter? Familiarity with the entire recruitment life cycle? Perfect knowledge for Blue/White collar category?
