Quantity SurveyorJob Location : QatarResponsibilities :?Take quantities from Drawings?Prepare material break up as per site condition?Invoice clients upon receiving site progress report from respective project manager?Prepare variations upon obtaining complete documentation from site staff?Coordinate with project manager and finance team regarding commercial issues?Maintain contract documentation and advise on post contract matters?Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs?Interim valuations and payment certificates?Variation analysis, recommendations and management?Risk & value management and cost control functions?Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risksRequirements :?5-10 Years of Quantity Surveying experience on large interior fit out projects?Bachelor or higher Degree in Quantity Surveying / Bachelor in Civil Engineering?Skilled in usage of various forms of Contracts (especially in Middle East) in Interior Fit Out industry?Good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement?Good MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel?Qatar Driving License is beneficial
