Budget: 10,000 QAR For Arabic Speaker Paid based on a working dayother upto 8000 QAR Per Month+ 21 Paid leavesJob Title: Quality Control ConsultantJob Type: Contract (Long Term)Job Location: Doha, QatarDuration: 1 Year (Extendable yearly)Client: Govt Entity of Doha, Qatar.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities?Develop, execute and analyse quality-reporting measures.?Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses.?Participate in internal and external quality audits.?May compile, write and deliver training material on quality standards and activities.?Manage all aspects of test execution in projects?Establish a good quality management system and the assessment of its adequacy. Periodic conformance audits of the operations of the system.?Prevents defects with a focus on the process used to make the product. It is a proactive quality process.?Using Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools & techniques to control the quality assurance process.?Estimate testing efforts to support defined testing scope/timelines?Ensure proper resource allocation is maintained to support efforts within funding limits?Foster collaboration between different teams for successful releases?Analyse testing results and other data to ensure continuous improvement in quality and efficiency?Mentor members of the team in software development, testing methods, and analysisRequired Qualifications & Skills?Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.?Minimum 5 years of experience in SDLC process with a focus on test planning, test execution and defect management.?Experience in building testing frameworks, tools and automation in a large-scale enterprise environment.?Thorough understanding of QA/QC processes and procedures, with an aim towards continual improvement.?Superior written and verbal communication skills.?Demonstrated ability to self-direct day-to-day activities and multitask effectively?Strong development management or testing management experience with a proven track record in scaling teams.
