OPERATIONAL (100%)? Ensure compliance with all QA policies/ procedures and standards? To have a understanding of the Banking and IT industry? To possess the knowledge and understanding of SDLC and STLC? Improve effectiveness, effectiveness of quality assurance and testing processes to achieve most results with least costs.? Review the test templates and ensure adherence to systems life cycle policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, user needs and adaptability to future business requirements and system changes.? Ensure quality and consistency across the Bank in applications, systems and IT operations activities.? Discuss QA reports with Management on a timely basis and obtain responses including the target dates for resolution.? Oversee the follow up process to ensure that issues identified during past QA reviews are followed up and closed. Periodically report to management on the status of QA issues previously identified.? Analyze the customer and regulatory requirements to assess their effect on the internal quality systems.? Cover various departments/units within the IT division and issue report stating the areas where improvements are required from a functional, technical and performance perspective of newly developed or purchased software solutions.? Assess the change requests as well as new system or project request in line with these report or deficiencies.? Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.? Provide timely and accurate information to the management, external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required.? Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.? Capability to work across different systems ? Core Banking, Mobile, Internet Banking, etc.
